COVID-19 UPDATE - 20TH NOVEMBER 2020

Earlier today, the SA Government announced that lockdown restrictions will be lifted early – great news for the people of South Australia.

As a result of this change, we can confirm that Lysaght manufacturing operations will recommence on Monday 23rd November, with deliveries recommencing on Tuesday 24th November.

Some recovery deliveries will be taking place on Monday 23rd November for orders that were able to be manufactured prior to the lockdown taking effect on Wednesday. Please note, however, that on Wednesday, two full production shifts were lost as a result of the lockdown announcement, creating a backlog of unfulfilled orders.

We are currently working through this backlog of orders received prior to our operations ceasing, in readiness for a recommencement of production on Monday. For the purpose of managing unfulfilled orders:

We assume that once we are permitted to recommence operations you will require us to recommence production of any unfulfilled orders. If this is not correct, please contact our Customer Service team to discuss and confirm applicable arrangements, including revised delivery details.
For long lead time orders, there may be an impact on the scheduled delivery date for these orders. We will contact you to confirm applicable arrangements, including scheduled delivery dates.
Please note that our normal production schedule & service offer may be affected, and product lead times extended for a period after our operations recommence on Monday.
